When a supporter (donor, event participant, buyer, member, etc.) makes a payment to your association via Uningo, they can choose to contribute to the running of our platform.
This contribution is left in addition to the amount of their payment and is optional and voluntary.
It enables us to guarantee that our STARTER services are free of charge and to ensure the development of the platform.
If you wish to cover the costs yourself, so as not to ask your supporters to contribute to the platform, the charges are 3% + 0.25 EUR in addition to Stripe's charges.

Have a sponsor offer you a Uningo subscription
Thanks to its unique sponsoring system, Uningo allows a company, foundation or public authority to support your nonprofit by paying the platform and transaction fees on your behalf.
In exchange for their generous gesture, your sponsor's logo and name are automatically displayed on the various forms (donation, ticketing, purchase, etc.) and in the emails sent by your nonprofit via Uningo.
It's a win-win solution that allows you to professionalise your nonprofit free of charge while enabling a sponsor to share in your success in exchange for targeted and exclusive visibility.
